Biratnagar, Oct. 11: UCPN (Maoist) leader and candidate from the Morang Constituency No. 9 for the upcoming Constituent Assembly election, Barshaman Pun, has called on the people to vote for his party so as to establish ethnic identity-based federalism and inclusive democracy.
